The Cuisine : Hyderabad is well-known for its divinely delicious cuisine. The cuisine of Hyderabad reflects sheer royalty as these were once served to the ‘Nizams’ of Hyderabad. As a part of the practical examination students of Regency College of Hotel Management formed a variety of dishes One of the most famous dishes in Hyderabad is the ‘biryani’, a non-vegetarian dish consisting of rice, meat, spices and herbs. Along with biryani students created an environment where guests enjoyed the kawali along with the food.
