Incredable chefs Challange Regency Hotel Management students win 9 medals.
Bag 9 medals in competition organised by South Indian Chefs Association
Students and chefs of Regency College of Hotel Management won 9 medals in the South Indian Chefs Association, a competition conducted by World of Hospitality to recognise the culinary and pastry skills of students and professionals from various culinary arts colleges in Bengaluru.
The Regency students competed in 3-tier wedding cake, artistic pastries’ show pieces, artistic bakery show pieces, fruit and vegetable carving and plated appetisers. Out of 150 professional category contestants and 300 student category contestants from south India, Regency students won 9 medals, said principal P.Ramesk Kumar Reddy
